Marketing is an art form and unless you understand the techniques, lingo, who your customers/buyers are and where they are located, or truly know how to market a specific property you will never understand. Picasso cannot teach you how to be an artist!
The odds are against you, go ahead and try it yourself. I am rooting for you. In fact you can get a lot out of agents, call them over for a listing appointment, ask them what they will do to market the property, and mimic them. There is a chance you might sell the home but there is a greater chance that you will not. Real Estate is a unique industry, sellers or buyers do not pay any fees upfront, real estate agent takes all the risk in spending money marketing the property, negotiating for the seller, and time. I hear that the most precious thing in life is time. Some have a lot and some hardly have any left. Why waste your time doing something you know nothing about? Save your money, time and allow me Juan Pesqueira and my luxury circle do all the marketing for you, negotiate the top price, and get your property sold, all at your convenience.
*** Let’s be upfront the only reason you are tying it yourself is because you don’t want to pay any commission fees. Well lucky for you we are running a Promotion to all FSBO listings, give us a call 480.458.8007 or email us LavishPadBoutique@gmail.com for details. Keep me posted and if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us ***
Now a days FSBO (for sale by owner) become very rare because of the shortage of time and busy routines. In their busy schedule the realtors replace them and sell their homes for some commission.
It become very easy to buy or sell the house now a days due to these helping realtors.

I agree with you completely. Selling real estate seems easy to people looking from the outside in. With all these TV shows about real estate now a day, all the info online about how to sell homes, etc. It seems like all we do is throw a party, make a few calls, and Walla the home is sold. The 30 minute TV show people see can actually be month’s even years of work that go into the sale. People don’t understand how much time, money, and work it takes to market and sell a home. Then yeah a contract comes in and it’s not even close to asking price so we have to negotiate up the price. Once in escrow we have to coordinate inspections, make sure all parties are cooperating, lenders working on the loan, escrow is moving along, and on top of all this don’t expect everything to move smoothly because in real estate what can go wrong will. Real Estate is extremely difficult to sell and if I was a For Sale by Owner I would at least speak to a few agents and hear them out. Remember we don’t make money if the home does not sell and the only one who can agree to the sale of any home is the seller!
