2012 was an excellent year for Luxury Homes, Mansions, and Penthouse Condo Sale in the Valley of the Sun.  There were a few changes and some surprises. Phoenix residents witnessed a Frank Lloyd Wright home being saved and refurbished from destruction. Paradise Valley is back – holding the most expensive mansion sold at $10,500,000 and the seller was the bank. Arcadia finally sells its very own Castle. We noticed a change in ways homes are sold from Short Sales, Bank owned, and even auctions.  Desert Highlands and Desert Mountain are still holding strong and selling homes for top dollar holding the 2^nd and 5^th highest home sale prices respectively (8.2M & 5.3M).   Silverleaf still has many listings to choose from and they will not go cheap.  Kurt Warner is trying to unload his contemporary mansion in Paradise Valley and in my opinion purchased the deal of a century with his new home. And so much more I can go on and on but let’s be honest most of us like me are not into reading so let the show begin –
