Arizona Most Expensive Zip Codes: Top 5

A report done by Luxury Home Realtor Juan Pesqueira shows that Paradise Valley is still the top Zip code in Arizona when it comes to the number of homes selling for $3 million or more. There were 20 homes sold at $3 million or more between January 2012 and December 2012, the latest period measured.

This new Luxury Market Report is from American Associates – Lavish Pad Boutique a Private Broker Group.

 In 2012 there were 59 sales with homes listed at 3 Million or above.  There was only One Mega Home Sold in Paradise Valley at 10.5 Million.  A Mega Home is priced at 10M and up. And the pace shows little sign of slowing. I expect the very top end of the real-estate market to continue to shatter local price records.

Today Paradise Valley has 76 Homes priced at 3 Million and up, 5 Mega Home Listings.  Scottsdale has 5 Mega Home Listings (Including the Most Expensive Home for Sale in Silverleaf $24,000,000), 120 homes priced at 3M and up.  Arcadia has 9 Homes priced at 3M and up.
