Scottsdale leads the way for most expensive penthouse sold in Arizona at 3.6 and 3.2 Million. The second highest condo sold was not even close at 2.1 Million. In Downtown Phoenix the most expensive penthouse sold at 1.3 Million but it had a very unique and rare feature 2 private roof decks and 11th floor of the Orpheum Lofts building with 2 private roof decks and comprising the entire 11th floor of the Orpheum Lofts building. Optima Camelview in Scottsdale had a few sales above the 1.2 Million mark and Kirland finished strong with a few sales above 1.4 Million.
