By the Numbers: July’s most expensive home Sale tops $5 Million in Silverleaf


By the numbers:

  • Most Expensive Home Sold $5,000,000 in Silverleaf & featured over 10,000 Sq. Feet with 6 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms
  • 95 sales with a $1,000,000 Price Tag and up
  • The usual suspects: Paradise Valley, Arcadia, & Scottsdale hold the top 5 most expensive homes sold during July 2014
  • Average Home Sale $1,557,760 // Median Home Price $1,367,500. Both numbers this month are up from last month (June 2014 by the numbers)
  • Average Price per square feet $320
  • Average Days on Market 155
  • $154,591,450 was the sum ($1 M +) of money transferred, Wow!

The market although slower in total sales vs last month (95/113) the median & average home price went up a little, days on market down. All this indicates that the luxury home market is still hot right now and goes along with our hot weather.  It’s a great time for sellers & buyers in the high end market.
