9440 E MARIPOSA GRANDE DR Scottsdale, AZ 85255

The Scoop: Did you know that Al Beadle never obtained an architectural license and at one point was charged with practicing without a license? When the state of Arizona wanted to grandfather him in he refused! That’s what makes his designs so unique and a little illegal. Hell even some of the biggest forgeries (signatures) fetch millions at auction

Built in 1980 and went through a stunning remodel by Elizabeth Rosensteel Designs, this striking modern desert home imbues the finest materials and finishes throughout, including Snaidero kitchen cabinets and walls of floor to ceiling glass. The home modern estate features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in the main house and a 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house (5,275 sq. feet). The rooms are bright and spacious and a three way split floor plan offers plenty of privacy. 1. Just goes to show even without a license, a great designer, is a great designer! This home is simply amazing and hopefully Mr. Beadle thought bucking the system was all worth it in the end when he was able to feast his eyes upon his creation.

    1. Agreed Marcus and he is as he designed quite a bit of real estate in and around Arizona (Without a License)
