The most expensive home sold in Paradise Valley sold twice within a year and both times were close to record breaking. 5600 N SAGUARO RD, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253 sold last year for $6,000,000 and recently re-sold for $7,400,000 ($6.1 million Paradise Valley foreclosure receives multiple offers in less than 24 hours).
