Luxury home sales in Phoenix area stayed steady in May 2016. A total of 109 luxury properties changed hands, the prices ranging from $1,000,000 – $4,650,000.
Tucson did not fare so well only a total of 7 luxury properties changed hands, the most expensive topped out at $1.593 million according to a new report from Juan Pesqueira.
The figures are based on Multiple Listing Service data of all homes sold in April for $1 million+ in Maricopa County.
Following are some key findings from Juan Pesqueira, the boutiQue LAVISH PaDz re.
- The most expensive sale in Paradise Valley in April was a five-bedroom, five. five-bath approximately 8,015 -square-foot home in FINISTERRE that sold for $4.65 million.
- More than half the sales took place in Scottsdale, 54. Followed by Paradise Valley and Phoenix with 22 and 17.
- Homes sold in an average of 203 days on the market.
