In total, the weekly asking price sales volume was $164 million between Feb. 1 and Feb. 28th, per the monthly report from Pesqueira John. Thatās a lot of happy valentines to your special someone. Out of the 96 sales, 11 were on penthouses, townhomes, and lofts (with an average ask of $1.7 million). The two top sales were inĀ Two BiltmoreĀ Estates ($2.3-2.6 million). Followed by aĀ threeĀ sales inĀ The Enclave at BorgataĀ ($1.825-$1.84 million).
The .1 Contract occurred inĀ Estancia. Brand new contemporary was described as a show stopper on the 17th green. The 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 5,000 sf lavish pad sold for $4,000,000 & it was all cash!
The 2. Contract takes us to Horseshoe Canyon neighborhood inĀ Silverleaf. This soon to be completed single story spec home is done byĀ Calvis WyantĀ Luxury Homes with a price of $3.6 million.

The average discount from original ask to last asking price was -8.96% percent, and the average number of days on the market was 169. These numbers only include sales, homes that have sat on the market for longer were not included.
