For those who don’t know who Fred Guirey is, start with this article (You May Not Know Fred Guirey, But He Knew Phoenix).

Situated on a hilltop in the squaw peak area of Phoenix, Arizona with insane mountain and city views! An original design by Architect Fred Guirey in 1963. Although the home was completely remodeled in 2010 some of the original features are still in place including the 1898 train depot. According to the story the home was built using 1898 train depot constructed in Mayer, AZ (Pic above). In 1963 the train Depot was placed on a moving truck (See below) and transported to its current location.
