The property, which is to be built, would be the most expensive home ever sold in Arizona if it gets its asking price!

My take:
Who says the real estate market in Scottsdale-Phoenix-Paradise Valley is crashing? It’s going to take a very patient buyer, one who is willing to wait years as I hear they are at least a year out for permits. When it’s all said and done, I believe this home will be phenomenal, jaw dropping an expression we Realtors throw out. The $75M price tag is hard to swallow but more power to the buyer with that budget. I for one hope they get their price!
