I am quite easy to reach. Don’t like chatting on the phone email me. Don’t like email call me. Throw up a smoke 💨 signal, send out a Morris code, etc. I will not bother you more than our conversation chat or email reply unless you choose me as your realtor to help you sell, buy or invest in real estate. I will respond as quickly as possible and on your terms.

I am a lone wolf; I work best alone. That does not mean I do not have support team behind me ready if I need help. My support team includes some of the top brokers and agents, office managers, and others. In professional terms I am a solo agent. What or who is a solo agent? one who works directly with a buyer or a seller from start to finish. If it’s a solo listing agent, this means you should expect me to be present at an initial consultation, review of the comparative market analysis, photo shoot, and throughout the entire process of selling a residential or commercial property. I bring over 19 year’s experience to the table.

Residential, Commercial, Land Prices (CMA): If you are looking to sell or simply curious as to what your property is worth/ might sell for do not hesitate to ask. I/we will do a full market analysis (aka CMA). If allowed, we can take it a step further by letting us see the property.

Remove/Add – If you are an agent, seller, or buyer who wishes to add or have your home or penthouse removed feel free to reach out and let me know. Any and all listings I post will provide the listing agents and brokerages information if not represented by me and my brokerage.
