Arcadia & The Biltmore Luxury Homes Welcomes you to the town Arcadia, Arizona a prestigious neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona. Arcadia and the Biltmore is known for having some of the valleys most expensive real estate.  The homes are well-kept situated on large lots; the neighborhood is adjacent to the upscale suburbs of Paradise Valley, the Biltmore area, and north Phoenix.

The Arcadia area is located east of 44th street, west of 68th street, and from Indian School Road (north of the Canal), up to the top of Camelback Mountain. Some say Arcadia is all of 85018 which run down to Thomas but don’t tell that to the true locals living within its true boundaries. Built on former citrus groves, Arcadia is known for well-irrigated, mature landscaping. Several yards prominently feature orange, lemon and grapefruit trees as reminders of the area’s past; the area used to be occupied by citrus farmers from 1919 to the mid-1950s. In the mid-1950s, the rest of Phoenix caught up with the farms and the area suburbanized with characteristic ranch homes on large lots. Below you will be able to tour the area and subdivision in search of your next Arcadia or Biltmore Luxury Home, Mansion, or Private Estate.
