Realtor’s and Brokers half of our business is through referral. If you are from other cities, towns, states do you have a client looking to relocate to Arizona? Does your client live in Arizona and needs to sell their property or buy a property?  Lavish Pad Boutique standard referral fee is 25% but like everything in real estate it’s negotiable.  Let us handle your clients and pay you a referral fee. Be involved from start to finish or sit back, allow us to do the work, and collect a check once we close escrow.
