Located in Phoenix COUNTRY CLUB PLACE, one of the valleys most prime and central location. This historic mansion, aka Hilvert Mansion was built in 1929 – at that time it was the largest mansion in Arizona until the Wrigley Mansion was built. According to the story that comes with the house, not so long ago it was a brothel. The home has been used for movies, magazine articles, and is now in the National Historic Registry (tax savings). The home also has a private chapel, back in the days only the most elite families had one. Its rumored to have been blessed by the Pope. For many years the estate hosted grand events, fundraisers, prominent Phoenicians, business owners, a Hawaii senator, and huge mansion parties for the cities elite. And can accommodate up to 300 people.
